We started this business in order to provide the highest quality of care for your child. Taylor’s therapy is founded in research and evidence based practice to ensure growth in your child’s communication. She’s passionate about providing a positive experience for your family to feel seen, heard, and respected in order to address your communication concerns. Her goal is to help your child’s communication grow and flourish!

Taylor has vast experience working with patients birth to 21 years old with a wide variety of diagnoses and communication challenges. She has seven years of experience in private practice and early intervention programs (birth to three years old) including Babies Can’t Wait. She also worked in the public school setting for two years. Her therapy is based in evidence based practice and research in order to ensure your child is progressing with communication growth. She specializes in early intervention (birth to three years old) and AAC. She’s a LAMP words for life partner with PRC, and prioritizes pairing your child with the right software in order to grow communication. She provides therapy for speech sound disorders (articulation and phonology), phonological awareness, fluency, receptive language disorders, expressive language disorders, and pragmatic (social) language disorders.

Do you take insurance?

  • We do not currently take insurance, and we are private pay only. Remaining private pay allows the freedom to collaborate with each family to determine the type, length, and frequency of sessions without the constraints of insurance restrictions.

  • TMH Speech Therapy LLC is out of network with all insurance companies, however many insurance companies will offer reimbursement for services via superbill. We are happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork to seek out of network reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • We also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.

  • These benefits differ vastly from one insurance company to another, so please contact your insurance company directly in order to discuss your plan’s coverage and reimbursement for out-of-network speech language therapy services.

Do you provide a Good Faith Estimate?

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to provided patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    • Make sure health care providers provided you with a Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also make this request from your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose before scheduling your item or service.

    • If you receive a bill more than $400 higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

How much does therapy cost?

  • In office-

    • $295 for 1 hour evaluation

    • $75 flat rate for 30 minute therapy session.

  • Concierge-

    • $295 for 1 hour evaluation

    • $85 for 30 minute therapy session

Do you offer IEP consultation?

  • Yes, based on previous experience working in public school systems, I can review and consult IEPs in order to help you navigate the IEP process and advocate for your child.

  • $75 flat rate per 30 minute session.
